Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

Your uploads[edit]
You created a flickr account and publish media files under a Creative Commons license there that you not created entirely ourself and that you not have the full copyright. Only the copyright holder can publish something under a free license. The media files are montages of various unfree photos grabbed from the internet, so the montages have various copyright holders who must agree to the free licensing. We call your abuse of flickr for this purpose license laundering and delete such files from our project.
For your flickr uploads: I dont care what you do on Flickr, thats your problem and your own legal responsibility. But some help: Also on Flickr you can only upload content that you created entirely yourself and that is free of third party copyrights - see the Flickr Terms of Service. The photos that you use for your montages are certainly not yours and not free of third party copyrights. --Martin H. (talk) 19:37, 25 July 2014 (UTC)
Copyright violations[edit]
Hello Picsart1.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |

Blocked[edit]
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing Commons. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{Unblock}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. For more information, see Appealing a block. See the block log for the reason that you have been blocked and the name of the administrator who blocked you.

Forget about the above warning. I now learned that you are not new here but trying to vandalize our project with stolen media files for some time already. I think its best to not have you on this project. I refere to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Sudhir7777/Archive. --Martin H. (talk) 19:50, 25 July 2014 (UTC)
